Measure 1 to 2 tablespoons Matcha and a few drops of water to form a paste.

Add 8 ounces of water just off the boil, whisking vigorously in a zig zag motion until the lumps are gone and the tea is frothy.

A bowl tends to be easier to mix in than a cup. If clumping occurs consider sifting the tea before adding water. To serve drink directly from the bowl, or transfer to a cup.
