I took this photograph of the brick-layed streets outside my Florida home during one of the dramatic afternoon thunderstorms that break the heat here on an almost-daily basis in deep summer. I was struck by the beauty of the raindrops hitting the uneven street and forming currents of water on the bricks.
It's presence here reflects the challenge I face as a visual designer, finding the fluidity within infrastructure, and revealing it to the world.
